Awaken to your innate capacity for boundless love and compassion through metta/loving kindness practices that foster wise equanimity, deep inner peace, and a profound connection to yourself and others.

Our two-night retreat includes daily vinyasa yoga classes and deep stretching sessions, walks in the woods, meditation, mindfulness, loving kindness practices, live music, wonderful vegan meals and lots of warm friendship.

Saturday, June 1st
  • 7 – 8am Meditation
  • 8 - 9am Breakfast
  • 10am – 12pm Vinyasa/Compassion Practices
  • 12 – 1pm Lunch
  • 12 – 4pm Free time (hiking, spa treatments)
  • 4– 6pm Deep Stretching/Mindfulness
  • 6:30 – 7:30pm Dinner
  • 7:45 – 9pm Kirtan (live music)
Sunday, June 2nd
  • 7– 8am Meditation
  • 8- 9am Breakfast
  • 9 – 11am Vinyasa/Compassion Practices
