As the seasons shift, take this time to go more deeply into exploring and understanding the practice of Yoga, and how it can enliven and sustain you. Study Asana and Pranayama with an experienced, perceptive and sensitive teacher, and find pathways to go further in your own practice. This retreat is appropriate for students with at least 6 months of consistent Iyengar Yoga practice.

Matt Dreyfus
Matt Dreyfus has practiced Iyengar Yoga since 1994, when he began his studies with senior teacher Mary Dunn. He first traveled to India to study with the Iyengar family in 1999 and returns there regularly.  Matt is a core faculty member at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York, where he has taught since 2002.
