Heal Your Heart Yoga Retreat™

I’ve always been most passionate about teaching towards the emotional aspect of yoga so I’ve structured my retreats and classes around all of the healing elements that yoga provides. My intention is less about getting you in a headstand and more about expanding your heart and providing the tools through our practice to heal from past wounds. My three day retreat will allow time to disconnect from the everyday noise of our lives and listen to what our heart and soul need. Through two daily yoga classes, meditation, journaling and chanting, we’ll reconnect with ourselves and find the clarity to shift what isn’t working so we can step into our highest and happiest self. The beautiful and serene Catskill Mountains are the perfect backdrop to a weekend that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, vibrant and inspired!


Friday June 29th:

12:00 pm – Arrival/Lunch
3:30 – 5:30 pm – Opening Circle/Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow with Journaling
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 – 9:00 pm Slow Flow Class with Restorative and Yoga Nidra

Saturday June 30th:

8:00 am – Breakfast
9:30 – 11:30 am – Level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow with Journaling
12:00 pm – Lunch
1:00 – 4:00 pm – The afternoon is yours to relax at the pool, enjoy the spa or go for a hike
4:00 – 5:30 pm – Slow Flow Class with Restorative and Yoga Nidra
6:00 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Bonfire

Growing up as an athlete, I always felt a strong connection to physical movement. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I desired a stronger connection to my emotional self and a deeper sense of fulfillment within that movement. The second I stepped onto a yoga mat, I knew that my gym memberships were a thing of the past; I had found that connection I had been yearning for.
