In this healing retreat, we will cultivate effortlessness and strength through yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

You will enjoy yoga in the tranquility of the Catskill Mountains as well as the delicious food, outdoor pool and spa at the Menla Center for Health and Happiness with Certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher Kate Hagerman.

Schedule:

Friday, June 2th:
3-6pm | Arrival and Check-in
3-6pm | Hiking or Spa Treatments (must be booked in advance)
6-7pm | Dinner
7:15pm | Restorative Yoga and Meditation

Saturday, June 3th:
8-9am | Breakfast
9:30-11:30am | Active Yoga
12-1pm | Lunch
1-4pm |Hiking or Spa Treatments (must be booked in advance)
4-6pm | Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
6-7pm | Dinner

Sunday, June 4th:
8-9am | Breakfast
9:15-11:45am | Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
12-1pm | Lunch, check-out & departure, Free time to hike or have spa treatments

Teacher

Kate Hagerman
Kate Hagerman is a multi-certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. She began her classical hatha yoga training as a teenager with Sri Swami Satchidananda. She continues to study Body-Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen, Meditation with Phagyab Rinpoche, and Iyengar Yoga with Genny Kapuler. She teaches Embodied Anatomy and Yoga, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga in Woodstock and New York City.
