In this healing retreat, we will cultivate effortlessness and strength through yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation.
You will enjoy yoga in the tranquility of the Catskill Mountains as well as the delicious food, outdoor pool and spa at the Menla Center for Health and Happiness with Certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher Kate Hagerman.
Friday June 2nd
3-6pm Arrival and Check-in

7:15pm Restorative Yoga and Meditation
Saturday June 3rd
9:30-11:30am Active Yoga
1-4pm Hiking or Spa Treatments (must be booked in advance)
4-6pm Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
Sunday, June 4th
9:15-11:45am Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
12-1pm Lunch, check-out & departure, Free time to hike or have spa treatments
