Our Head Chef specializes in a wide variety of wholesome, protein-balanced vegetarian and international cuisine served in two dining rooms and an outdoor veranda with views of the surrounding mountains.
Menla’s wellness cuisine is mostly vegan, vegetarian, low-sugar and protein-based. We source ingredients that are local, seasonal and organic, much of which is grown on-site in our bountiful garden. Have dietary restrictions or allergies? Don’t worry, our knowledgeable Chefs have you covered.
